Trois Mousquetaires Unfiltered Kellerbier from Quebec. It's been awhile since I've had a beer that I'd declare categorically delicious. Very refreshing, not too sweet or intense, with just the right amount of hoppiness and citrus flavor. The unfiltered-ness gives it a nice slightly earthy quality too. Plus, it sure looks pretty in a glass.
